This directory contains CHM13 index files for popular aligners.
There are two versions: one using the "chr1" sequence names
and another one with the Genbank accessions, e.g. "CP068277.2"

Annotations with either naming system can be loaded into the UCSC genome browser 
at https://genome.ucsc.edu/h/GCA_009914755.4 via custom tracks or track hubs.
