This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for xenLae2-mm10.

 - xenLae2.mm10.rbest.net.gz: xenLae2-referenced recip.best net to mm10.
 - xenLae2.mm10.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from xenLae2 to mm10 through the recip.best net.

 - mm10.xenLae2.rbest.net.gz: mm10-referenced recip.best net.
 - mm10.xenLae2.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - axtRBestNet/xenLae2.mm10.rbest.axt.gz reciprocal best alignments in
   AXT format
