This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for triSui1-triSpi1.

 - triSui1.triSpi1.rbest.net.gz: triSui1-referenced recip.best net to triSpi1.
 - triSui1.triSpi1.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from triSui1 to triSpi1 through the recip.best net.

 - triSpi1.triSui1.rbest.net.gz: triSpi1-referenced recip.best net.
 - triSpi1.triSui1.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - axtRBestNet/triSui1.triSpi1.rbest.axt.gz reciprocal best alignments in
   AXT format
