This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for priPac3-melInc2.

 - priPac3.melInc2.rbest.net.gz: priPac3-referenced recip.best net to melInc2.
 - priPac3.melInc2.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from priPac3 to melInc2 through the recip.best net.

 - melInc2.priPac3.rbest.net.gz: melInc2-referenced recip.best net.
 - melInc2.priPac3.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - axtRBestNet/priPac3.melInc2.rbest.axt.gz reciprocal best alignments in
   AXT format
