This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for priPac3-caeRem4.

 - priPac3.caeRem4.rbest.net.gz: priPac3-referenced recip.best net to caeRem4.
 - priPac3.caeRem4.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from priPac3 to caeRem4 through the recip.best net.

 - caeRem4.priPac3.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.
