This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for priExs1-caePb3.

 - priExs1.caePb3.rbest.net.gz: priExs1-referenced recip.best net to caePb3.
 - priExs1.caePb3.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from priExs1 to caePb3 through the recip.best net.

 - caePb3.priExs1.rbest.net.gz: caePb3-referenced recip.best net.
 - caePb3.priExs1.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - axtRBestNet/priExs1.caePb3.rbest.axt.gz reciprocal best alignments in
   AXT format
