This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for mm10-rn6.

 - mm10.rn6.rbest.net.gz: mm10-referenced recip.best net to rn6.
 - mm10.rn6.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from mm10 to rn6 through the recip.best net.

 - rn6.mm10.rbest.net.gz: rn6-referenced recip.best net.
 - rn6.mm10.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.
