This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for mm10-melGal5.

 - mm10.melGal5.rbest.net.gz: mm10-referenced recip.best net to melGal5.
 - mm10.melGal5.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from mm10 to melGal5 through the recip.best net.

 - melGal5.mm10.rbest.net.gz: melGal5-referenced recip.best net.
 - melGal5.mm10.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

   AXT format
