This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for mm10-cebCap1.

 - mm10.cebCap1.rbest.net.gz: mm10-referenced recip.best net to cebCap1.
 - mm10.cebCap1.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from mm10 to cebCap1 through the recip.best net.

 - cebCap1.mm10.rbest.net.gz: cebCap1-referenced recip.best net.
 - cebCap1.mm10.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - axtRBestNet/*.mm10.cebCap1.net.axt.gz reciprocal best alignments in
   AXT format
