This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for melGal5-rn6.

 - melGal5.rn6.rbest.net.gz: melGal5-referenced recip.best net to rn6.
 - melGal5.rn6.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from melGal5 to rn6 through the recip.best net.

 - rn6.melGal5.rbest.net.gz: rn6-referenced recip.best net.
 - rn6.melGal5.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

   AXT format
