 - loxAfr3.triMan1.rbest.net.gz: loxAfr3-referenced recip.best net to triMan1.
 - loxAfr3.triMan1.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from loxAfr3 to triMan1 through the recip.best net.

 - triMan1.loxAfr3.rbest.net.gz: triMan1-referenced recip.best net.
 - triMan1.loxAfr3.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.
