This directory contains downloadable files for the ENCODE DNaseI Hypersensitive site master list
generated by the ENCODE Analysis Working Group.

Data files for this dataset are:

* wgEncodeAwgDnaseMasterSites.bed.gz - Master list of DNaseI hypersensitive sites.
* wgEncodeAwgDnaseMasterSources.tab - Auxiliary file with cell sources for the sites.  The format is <id> <cell-type> where <id> is a numeric idea for the cell in the BED file 'sources' column, and <cell-type> is the term for the cell type in the ENCODE controlled vocabulary.

The metadata for each file is listed in the file:  files.txt
