This directory contains files listing ENCODE sequence files hosted by the DCC,
with sequence counts and first sequence, of March 2011,
The listings are for human ENCODE only, both hg18 and hg19 assemblies.  

As some files were originally generated while ENCODE was hg18-based, but
are listed in the hg19 downloads directories, the origAssembly setting
should be used to include duplicate counting (e.g. exclude any files
in hg19 having origAssembly=hg18).

Output format:
<assembly>/<composite>/file     count   firstSeq        origAssembly
