This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for haeCon2-ancCey1.

 - haeCon2.ancCey1.rbest.net.gz: haeCon2-referenced recip.best net to ancCey1.
 - haeCon2.ancCey1.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from haeCon2 to ancCey1 through the recip.best net.

 - ancCey1.haeCon2.rbest.net.gz: ancCey1-referenced recip.best net.
 - ancCey1.haeCon2.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.
