This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for geoFor1-mm10.

 - geoFor1.mm10.rbest.net.gz: geoFor1-referenced recip.best net to mm10.
 - geoFor1.mm10.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from geoFor1 to mm10 through the recip.best net.

 - mm10.geoFor1.rbest.net.gz: mm10-referenced recip.best net.
 - mm10.geoFor1.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - md5sum.txt: md5sum checksums for the files in this directory
