This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for droSec1-droSim2.

 - droSec1.droSim2.rbest.net.gz: droSec1-referenced recip.best net to droSim2.
 - droSec1.droSim2.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from droSec1 to droSim2 through the recip.best net.

 - droSim2.droSec1.rbest.net.gz: droSim2-referenced recip.best net.
 - droSim2.droSec1.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - axtRBestNet/droSec1.droSim2.rbest.axt.gz reciprocal best alignments in
   AXT format
