This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for danRer10-fr3.

 - danRer10.fr3.rbest.net.gz: danRer10-referenced recip.best net to fr3.
 - danRer10.fr3.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from danRer10 to fr3 through the recip.best net.
