This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for criGri1-criGriChoV1.

 - criGri1.criGriChoV1.rbest.net.gz: criGri1-referenced recip.best net to criGriChoV1.
 - criGri1.criGriChoV1.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from criGri1 to criGriChoV1 through the recip.best net.

 - criGriChoV1.criGri1.rbest.net.gz: criGriChoV1-referenced recip.best net.
 - criGriChoV1.criGri1.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - axtRBestNet/criGri1.criGriChoV1.rbest.axt.gz reciprocal best alignments in
   AXT format
