This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for corCor1-galGal6.

 - corCor1.galGal6.rbest.net.gz: corCor1-referenced recip.best net to galGal6.
 - corCor1.galGal6.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from corCor1 to galGal6 through the recip.best net.
