This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for cb4-oncVol1.

 - cb4.oncVol1.rbest.net.gz: cb4-referenced recip.best net to oncVol1.
 - cb4.oncVol1.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from cb4 to oncVol1 through the recip.best net.

 - oncVol1.cb4.rbest.net.gz: oncVol1-referenced recip.best net.
 - oncVol1.cb4.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - axtRBestNet/*.cb4.oncVol1.net.axt.gz reciprocal best alignments in
   AXT format
