This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for bruMal2-hetBac1.

 - bruMal2.hetBac1.rbest.net.gz: bruMal2-referenced recip.best net to hetBac1.
 - bruMal2.hetBac1.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from bruMal2 to hetBac1 through the recip.best net.

 - hetBac1.bruMal2.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.
